Sapphire Coast Tenancy Scheme manages 107 properties including houses, units and town houses. Allocation will be made from the Housing Pathways waiting list depending on the size of the family, housing needs and the preferred location. The properties under management are either rented from agents or owners, these are called Leasehold properties that are sublet at a subsidised rent or properties owned by NSW State Government these are called Capital properties. In addition to these SCTS own 11 units and manage 10 others on behalf of Bega Valley Shire Council.
